In order to further expand the user base and meet the diverse needs of different users, after careful consideration, when manufacturing the ZT035 series of pillows, we decided to increase the area of the base plate.
Based on the ZT034 model, we made adjustments according to the latest feedback and extended the both side of the pillow base by a certain length. As a result, the entire base plate has significantly increased in size. With the expansion of the area, the pressure on the head is evenly distributed, making it less likely to experience soreness even during long-term sauna sessions. At the same time, the base surface becomes wider, providing a larger area for the recliner to fit onto, with a lower center of gravity. Even when exposed to high temperatures and sweating, it is less likely to slide, making it both stable and reassuring to use.
The appearance can be changed, but the original intention has never changed. When selecting materials, we tested each piece of commercially available pine wood: Australian pine wood stood out for its resistance to deformation, corrosion resistance, and reasonable price. After determining the wood, the chief designer personally took charge, using his over 20 years of experience and contemporary aesthetics to draw the blueprint, which was then hand-polished by skilled artisans, turning the blueprint into a physical object. This not only ensures the long-lasting durability of the pillows but also brings a visible high-end quality.
