During the creation of the ZT037 series of pillows, we actively listened to the voices of users. Every piece of feedback was carefully examined by the team and personally reviewed by the chief designer. After months of meticulous refinement, this "dream pillow" that embodies the wisdom of all was finally launched, solely to make you fall in love at first sight.
This sauna pillow is ingeniously composed of two core components: a washable curved pillow surface and two curved support plates. The support plates first establish a stable foundation for the pillow surface with a rounded curvature; then the pillow surface precisely assembles numerous square wooden pieces, replacing the old round rods. The gaps are smaller, which not only allows for even ventilation but also prevents steam from directly impacting sensitive skin. The chief designer drew inspiration from ergonomics and upgraded the curve of the pillow surface to a softer "tide line", making the contact area between the neck and the pillow surface larger and the pressure smaller, helping you easily fall into a comfortable sauna experience.
This pillow is made from high-quality Canadian pine wood. The cold climate in the region makes the pine wood fibers denser, less prone to deformation, and it also has natural advantages such as moisture-proofing and anti-corrosion. Moreover, its price is relatively affordable. Therefore, it has become a frequent choice for high-end furniture. Considering both the overall cost-effectiveness and durability, Vapa finally chose it as the pillow materials. The designer first drew the blueprint based on contemporary aesthetics, and then the carpenter hand-polished each piece: gently stroking along the wood grain, carefully reducing every natural crease, ultimately making the pillow surface as smooth as silk and feeling warm and soft like jade when held.
