The ZT038 series of pillows was born out of a thought of returning to the basics. We retained the classic pillow shape while also collecting user feedback. After a three-month process of repeated refinement and careful revision, we finally presented this brand-new creation.
The wave-shaped design of the ZT038 series pillows is not only a tribute to the classic, but also a profound dialogue about comfort and science. The chief designer used ergonomics as the brush, depicting the natural curves of the neck, shoulders and head one by one, and repeatedly revised them until this seemingly gentle yet secretly supportive "wave" was finally presented. When you finish a day of traveling and hand your fatigue over to it, your head will be gently lifted by layers of waves, the pressure on your shoulders and neck will be quietly diverted, and the entire body will seem to lose weight instantly, with only the breathing rising and falling in the sea breeze.
To make this softness more layered, we listened to the real experiences of over a thousand users, The design team transformed the originally thick wooden blocks of the pillow surface into thin, flat pieces. With just a simple change, the pillow surface immediately became as smooth as a lake surface, completely eliminating the annoyance of "aching the head". What's more, after the wooden pieces became thinner, the ventilation holes at the top and bottom were compressed more tightly, and the steam passage shortened accordingly. When you lie down, the warm air flows almost instantly to your shoulders and neck, like a pair of soft hands, gently wiping away the fatigue of the day and pushing comfort to the extreme.
Thus, this seemingly ordinary ZT038 became a gentle crossing point between sauna and dreams: waves supporting, wood chips breathing, steam caressing. Every time one lies down, it is a private little journey.
